My Therapeutic Approach & Specializations
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma informed. My heart’s desire is to meet clients uniquely where they are at, welcoming and honoring them as a whole person. I value honesty, humor, and humility within the therapeutic relationship, as well as, creativity, connection, collaboration. For each client, I take an individualized approach.
I take an individualized approach, eclectically incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
