Jane Klinger, BSW, MSW, Intern

My Therapeutic Approach & Specializations

I take an individualized, client-centered, and strengths-based approach, ensuring that my clients’ well-being and dignity is the top priority.

I work best with children, adolescents, and young adults who are journeying through anxiety, stress, depression, eating disorders, friendships and relationships, low self-esteem and confidence, behavioral challenges, grief, and life transitions.

My Education & Experience

I graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. During my senior year, I completed my bachelor’s level field work internship here at The Garden Wellness Group. I am currently completing my Master’s Degree in Social Work at North Carolina State University, where I am in the Advanced Standing Program.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and college-aged clients, offering support for a range of concerns including anxiety and stress management, depression, eating disorders, behavioral challenges, and issues related to friendships and relationships. I also assist clients navigating grief, life transitions, and struggles with low self-esteem and confidence. In addition, I am able to integrate a Christian-based perspective upon client requests.
