Sarah Su, MA, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

My Therapeutic Approach & Specializations

My approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered. My priority is for each person to feel valued and supported as we work together. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor care for each client and family's individual needs and goals.

I believe that each person is capable of creating the change they want to see in their lives. It is an honor to support clients in their journeys. My goal is to help clients build healthier relationships both with themselves and others. I also enjoy providing faith-integration when requested by the client.

My Education & Experience

I received a dual Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Christian Ministry from Blue Mountain Christian University located in Mississippi. I later completed my Master’s in Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Throughout my career I have gained experience working with individuals and families with a variety of challenges, such as single mothers navigating life’s challenges, parent-child relational stressors (with both young and adult children), trauma and abuse history, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, faith exploration, and those navigating life transitions.
